Second Floor: A bright, open living space with two comfy couches, a smart TV, and a fully equipped modern kitchen bathed in natural light. Third Floor: The luxurious master suite includes a queen bed, an ensuite bathroom with a spacious modern shower, ample closet space, and a convenient in-unit washer and dryer. Fourth Floor: A stunning rooftop deck with seating for six, breathtaking 360-degree views, and a propane fire pit table for cozy evenings under the stars. This townhouse combines contemporary design with thoughtful amenities, making it the ideal place to relax and experience the best of Seattle.

Other Details to Note

The home comes with one designated parking spot. The spot measures at 86” wide and 108” in length. Please check the size of your car before arrival. If your car exceeds this space size, you’re welcome to utilize the free street parking surrounding the home. Please note, there are several stairs in the home separating each level. There are about 10 steps per level. The AC/heat is controlled within each room. You can use the remote to control the master’s suite and living space. The two downstairs bedrooms do not have A/C but stay pretty cool from the upper rooms. Absolutely No Parties unless specifically requested and approved. If any glitter or confetti is found or if you bring more than 6 guests, you will be charged an additionally cleaning fee and possibly negative review for not following our house guidelines.

House Rules

Please no shoes in the house. Guests can check-in anytime after 4 pm Check-out time is at 11am sharp. A late checkout may be possible if requested before 11am on the day of checkout, for an additional fee of $30 fee per hour. The absolute latest we may be able to accommodate is 1pm (again, this has to be requested!) Any guest that stays past 1pm on their checkout date, may be charged for an additional night and a fee for rescheduling the cleaner. We also have a strict no smoking policy. If we find evidence of smoking of any kind inside the home, you will be charged a $500 fine. You’re welcome to smoke outside of the home as long as it’s 15 feet from the property. Absolutely No Parties. If any glitter or confetti is found after your stay, you will be charged an additionally cleaning fee and possibly negative review for not following our house guidelines. Please treat the home as if it was your own and leave it as you found it. Above all, enjoy Seattle and all it has to offer! ♥️

We enjoyed out stay at Crystal's place, we had 3 adults and 2 teens and there was plenty of room for everyone. Location was convenient, and close to the bus line. Home was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with all the essentials. We would definitely stay here next time we visit Seattle.

Very well equipped, new 3 bedroom home,convenient to everything in Ballard. Perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 kids. Rooftop deck was very nice with a good view. Hope to return when we're back in Seattle.

Our family had a great time in Seattle over the 4th of July weekend! The home was in an easy to find location with great access to local attractions. Bonus was seeing fireworks all around us from the rooftop deck!!

It’s located about 3 miles away, or an 11 minute drive. The light rail offers easy access to downtown’s Pike Place Market, boardwalks, Ferris wheel and more. You can also take the light rail directly to the stadium at UW or downtown. Bus The closest bus stop is located on Mary Ave and Holman which is directly across the Street from Thirsty's - about a 1 minute walk from our Townhouse. Our recommendation is to use G Maps and put in your location, then select bus for the best directions. They only take cash to make sure you have $2.50. Uber & Lyft The fastest and most reliable mode of transportation in our opinion. Simply download the App and go. Uber/Lyft Driver’s are always minutes away. Turo & Car2Go You can rent a car with car sharing apps by downloading Turo or the Car2Go app. Parking Others than the one spot provided, street parking is available and is usually pretty ample.
