Because the home has two rental units, there is potential for some noise between floors. No access to the garage, but guests can use the driveway for parking. With mid-century charm, modern amenities, and a prime location, this home is the perfect blend of comfort and convenience. We’d love to host you!
Other Details to Note
This unit is located on the top floor of the home. The bottom unit is also a rental, so be aware you will likely hear/see them during your stay. Please be conscious of noise levels. The unit is completely separate except that the back yard area and the hot tub are shared with the downstairs unit. Our downstairs Airbnb is pet friendly, so although there isn't a pet that permanently lives on site, there may be guest's pets in the backyard on occasion. Absolutely No Parties unless specifically requested and approved. If any glitter or confetti is found or if you bring more than 4 guests, you will be charged an additionally cleaning fee and a negative review for not following our house guidelines.
