Welcome to your stylish retreat on the 9th floor of the Elektra Condominiums! This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit offers a cozy urban escape with stunning city views and access to the building’s rooftop deck—perfect for taking in Seattle’s skyline. Situated in a prime location, you’ll be just minutes from downtown’s top attractions, dining, and shopping. Please note that parking is not included, but the central location makes exploring the city convenient with public transit and nearby amenities.

Other Details to Note

This home does not come with a parking spot. We’d recommend street parking. Paid street parking can be found directly in front of the building. Seattle is one of the least air conditioned cities in the US, with only 33% of households having it because historically, we haven’t needed it. Obviously things have changed and it can get hot here now. We have provided a rolling A/C unit that does a very good job of cooling the space. Other than what’s provided we do not provide refunds due to weather. Absolutely No Parties. If any glitter or confetti is found after your stay, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee and may receive a negative review for not following our house guidelines.

House Rules

Check-out time is at 11am sharp. A late checkout may be possible if requested before 11am on the day of checkout, for an additional fee of $30 fee per hour. The absolute latest we may be able to accommodate is 1pm (again, this has to be requested!) Any guest that stays past 1pm on their checkout date, may be charged for an additional night and a fee for rescheduling the cleaner. We have a strict no smoking policy. If we find evidence of smoking of any kind inside the home, you will be charged a $1,000 fine. You’re welcome to smoke outside of the home as long as it’s 15 feet from the property. Absolutely No Parties. If any glitter or confetti is found after your stay, you will be charged an additionally cleaning fee and possibly negative review for not following our house guidelines. Please treat the home as if it was your own and leave it as you found it. Above all, enjoy Seattle and all it has to offer! ♥️

Enjoy a 10-minute walk to iconic attractions like Pike Place Market and the Seattle Art Museum, or a 15-minute stroll to the scenic waterfront. Capitol Hill's vibrant dining and nightlife scene is also within a 10-minute walk, offering endless options for exploration. With excellent public transit nearby, navigating Seattle is effortless.

Guest Access

You will have access to the entire unit as well as the building’s rooftop. Washer and dryer located in-unit is free and will also be accessible for guest use.

We had a great time staying at the place. Crystal is quite responsive and the apartment is perfectly located. It is quite spacious for two people and a cat. The rooftop is perfect for stargazing!

Incredible stay, can't beat the location and amenities this close to so many things in downtown Seattle. We were pleasantly surprised with the ease of access to the dog walk area a short drop down the elevator!

Great experience. Needed a clean, quiet and walkable place to stay in the neighborhood while on a work trip, and this rental worked perfectly. Looks like the photos, the building was quiet and near all the things I needed to do. All the amenities were described, I had everything I needed, and the place is very tastefully decorated. The host was also very quick to answer and was helpful when I had questions. I'd stay at this rental again.

The apartment was really nice, beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. I will definitely request this property next time in Seattle. Other than the front door having a loud squeak, this property was wonderful, and the host was terrific.

The Link Light Rail provides convenient access to Seattle’s top attractions, including Pike Place Market, the waterfront, and stadiums at UW and downtown. For airport trips, the light rail is a great option at just $3 one-way, compared to an average $65 ride-share fare. Expect about a 40-minute ride from Westlake Station to Sea-Tac Airport. Uber & Lyft For fast, reliable transportation, ride-shares like Uber and Lyft are ideal. Drivers are usually just a few minutes away, making it easy to get around Seattle at your convenience.
