This home is not handicap friendly. The home has a few steps leading into the space and the bedroom lofted area is only accessible via a small, steep, narrow ladder. No dedicated parking spot, but paid and free street parking is available near the property. Absolutely No Parties. If any glitter or confetti is found after your stay, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee and may receive a negative review for not following our house guidelines.

House Rules

Please no shoes in the house. Guests can check-in anytime after 4 pm Check-out is at 11am sharp. A late checkout may be possible if requested before 11am on the day of checkout, for an additional fee of $30 fee per hour. The absolute latest we may be able to accommodate is 1pm (again, this has to be requested!) Any guest that stays past 1pm on their checkout date, may be charged for an additional night and a fee for rescheduling the cleaner. We also have a strict no smoking policy. If we find evidence of smoking of any kind inside the home, you will be charged a $500 fine. You’re welcome to smoke outside of the home as long as it’s 15 feet from the property. Absolutely No Parties. If any glitter or confetti is found after your stay, you will be charged an additionally cleaning fee and possibly negative review for not following our house guidelines. Please treat the home as if it was your own and leave it as you found it. Above all, enjoy Seattle and all it has to offer! ♥️

We stayed here for just over a month and had a wonderful experience! The house itself is so cozy and had everything we needed with a fully-equipped kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room. It is in a beautiful location! So close to restaurants, activities, and transit while still feeling secluded from the noise of the city. Our hosts were responsive and professional. They responded promptly to any of our requests throughout our entire stay. I would definitely recommend this home to others.

I had a wonderful month long stay! The bungalow was incredibly cozy. It truly felt like home from the moment I arrived. The luxurious finishings and thoughtful design made the space as comfortable as it was elegant. The hosts went above and beyond with plentiful amenities… everything I needed (and more) was provided. The chef’s kitchen was perfect for cooking, and I really appreciated having a beautiful classic piano to play. The place was spotless upon arrival, and the Wifi was blazing fast (nearly 500 mbps when I checked). The bed was comfortable and TV was great. Everything about this stay exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend staying here!

Link Light Rail: The closest station to the home is Capitol Hill Station, located about 0.6 miles away (roughly a 15-minute walk or a 5 minute drive). The light rail provides quick and easy access to Downtown Seattle, including Pike Place Market, the Seattle Aquarium, and the waterfront Ferris wheel. You can also take it directly to UW Stadium or continue all the way to Sea-Tac Airport. Whenever I have the time, I prefer taking the light rail to the airport—it’s only about $3, compared to a $70–$80 Uber or Lyft. The total trip takes roughly 45 minutes, including a short drive or walk to the station, and helps you avoid traffic altogether. ⸻ 🚗 Uber & Lyft Uber and Lyft are both fast and reliable options in this area. Drivers are typically only a few minutes away, and ride-sharing tends to be the easiest way to get around Capitol Hill and downtown without worrying about parking. ⸻ 🚙 Car Rentals If you prefer to have your own vehicle, car-sharing apps like Turo or Car2Go offer flexible rental options for short or long stays.
