 No dedicated parking spot, but paid and free street parking is available near the property. Hot Tub Maintenance Access The rooftop hot tub is professionally serviced on a regular schedule to keep it clean, safe, and ready for guest use. Because the only access to the rooftop is through the unit itself, our maintenance technician may need brief entry to perform this service during your stay. We always do our best to coordinate these visits at convenient times and keep any disruption to a minimum. Guests do not need to be present, and the visit typically takes less than 15 minutes. Absolutely No Parties. If any glitter or confetti is found after your stay, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee and may receive a negative review for not following our house guidelines.

House Rules

Please no shoes in the house. Guests can check-in anytime after 4 pm Check-out is at 11am sharp. A late checkout may be possible if requested before 11am on the day of checkout, for an additional fee of $30 fee per hour. The absolute latest we may be able to accommodate is 1pm (again, this has to be requested!) Any guest that stays past 1pm on their checkout date, may be charged for an additional night and a fee for rescheduling the cleaner. We also have a strict no smoking policy. If we find evidence of smoking of any kind inside the home, you will be charged a $500 fine. You’re welcome to smoke outside of the home as long as it’s 15 feet from the property. Absolutely No Parties. If any glitter or confetti is found after your stay, you will be charged an additionally cleaning fee and possibly negative review for not following our house guidelines. Me and my family had an amazing time at this lovely Airbnb. Restaurants were at walking distance as well as grocery stores. Everything about this place was perfect. We definitely recommend this place and would look forward to booking it again.

This was such a great Airbnb for our concert trip! The location was perfect — super close to Climate Pledge Arena, which made everything so convenient. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the place itself was adorable and well put together. The hot tub was definitely a bonus and made our stay even more enjoyable. We absolutely loved it and would definitely stay here again!

Link Light Rail: The closest station to the home is Capitol Hill Station, located about 0.3 miles away (roughly a 5-minute walk or a 3 minute drive). The light rail provides quick and easy access to Downtown Seattle, including Pike Place Market, the Seattle Aquarium, and the waterfront Ferris wheel. You can also take it directly to UW Stadium or continue all the way to Sea-Tac Airport. Whenever I have the time, I prefer taking the light rail to the airport—it’s only about $3, compared to a $70–$80 Uber or Lyft. The total trip takes roughly 45 minutes, including a short drive or walk to the station, and helps you avoid traffic altogether. ⸻ 🚗 Uber & Lyft Uber and Lyft are both fast and reliable options in this area. Drivers are typically only a few minutes away, and ride-sharing tends to be the easiest way to get around Capitol Hill and downtown without worrying about parking. ⸻ 🚙 Car Rentals If you prefer to have your own vehicle, car-sharing apps like Turo or Car2Go offer flexible rental options for short or long stays.
