Other Details to Note

The home comes with one designated parking spot. The spot measures at 86” wide and 108” in length. Please be aware of the parking size limitations! Check the size of your car before arrival or plan on not using the parking spot prior to arrival. Your car must fully fit inside the parking sport without encroaching on our neighbors spot for you to use it. If you have a large car or truck, parking is not provided and you will have to find free street parking. Please note, there are several stairs in the home separating each level. There are about 10 steps per level. Absolutely No Parties. If any glitter or confetti is found after your stay, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee and may receive a negative review for not following our house guidelines.

House Rules

Please no shoes in the house. Check-out time is at 11am sharp. A late checkout may be possible if requested before 11am on the day of checkout, for an additional fee of $30 fee per hour. The absolute latest we may be able to accommodate is 1pm (again, this has to be requested!) Any guest that stays past 1pm on their checkout date, may be charged for an additional night and a fee for rescheduling the cleaner. We have a strict no-smoking policy. Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the home, on the porch, or near open doors or windows. If we find evidence of smoking inside the home, a $500 fine will be charged. Smoking is permitted only outdoors and must take place at least 15 feet away from the property. Absolutely No Parties. If any glitter or confetti is found after your stay, you will be charged an additionally cleaning fee and possibly negative review for not following our house guidelines. Please ensure patio furniture is covered when not in use. Seattle’s rainy weather will ruin the furniture if it isn’t kept covered when not in use. You may be fined for damage to the furniture if you don’t cover it up when not in use. Please treat the home as if it was your own and leave it as you found it. This was a great stay for the weekend! Really well stocked and in a perfect location within walking distance of all the main shops and restaurants in Ballard. Highly recommend! Crystal was even able to ship some items that were left behind at check-out!

Gorgeous house, easy check in and such a comfortable space! We could walk to the Ballard farmers market and the grocery store which was very convenient especially with such a big group! I was worried about parking near the house, but it was not a problem finding street parking and one of our cars fit perfectly in the spot around back! I would recommend this place!

Had the pleasure to stay at this beautiful Airbnb with friends and 2 littles. The quality of the amenities in this home are outstanding. We felt right at home and will def be staying at Crystal’s other listings in the future. Something to note is the room with the sofa actually has a bed which is a great surprise.
