Stylish and newly built in 2022, this private ground-level townhouse is perfectly located near 1st Hill hospitals, I-5, I-90, Capitol Hill, Lake Washington, and Downtown Seattle. Just a short walk from Judkins Park and Playfield, this home offers easy access to Seattle’s best spots while providing a peaceful retreat away from the street. The single-floor layout features a welcoming living room that flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen. Two cozy bedrooms—a queen in one and a twin trundle in the other—are both conveniently off the kitchen, along with a modern full bathroom and an in-unit washer and dryer for added comfort during your stay.

Other Details to Note

This home does not come with a parking spot. We’d recommend street parking. Free street parking can be found directly in front of the home. The second bedroom has a trundle or daybed, which explains why it is marked as having two twin beds. Seattle is one of the least air conditioned cities in the US, with only 33% of households having it because historically, we haven’t needed it. Obviously things have changed and it can get hot here now. We have provided a rolling A/C unit that does a very good job of cooling the space. In addition to the unit, we have provided fans for each of the bedrooms. Other than what’s provided we do not provide refunds due to weather. Absolutely No Parties. If any glitter or confetti is found after your stay, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee and may receive a negative review for not following our house guidelines.

House Rules

Please no shoes in the house. Guests can check-in anytime after 4 pm Check-out time is at 11am sharp. A late checkout may be possible if requested before 11am on the day of checkout, for an additional fee of $30 fee per hour. The absolute latest we may be able to accommodate is 1pm (again, this has to be requested!) Any guest that stays past 1pm on their checkout date, may be charged for an additional night and a fee for rescheduling the cleaner. We also have a strict no smoking policy. If we find evidence of smoking of any kind inside the home, you will be charged a $500 fine. You’re welcome to smoke outside of the home as long as it’s 15 feet from the property. Absolutely No Parties. If any glitter or confetti is found after your stay, you will be charged an additionally cleaning fee and possibly negative review for not following our house guidelines. This area maintains a peaceful vibe, centered around Judkins Park itself—a spacious green escape within the city. Judkins Park is known for its mix of older single-family homes, newer townhomes, and apartment buildings, with most dining and commerce located along its edges. Green spaces abound, including Judkins Park, which parallels 23rd Ave, and Sam Smith Park, located over the I-90 tunnel and next to the Northwest African American Museum. Well-connected by public transit, Judkins Park offers easy access to downtown, the Mount Baker Light Rail Station, and nearby neighborhoods, such as the International District. This makes it a prime location for both commuters and those eager to explore Seattle’s diverse communities

This is a wonderful, fully-equipped, clean and modern apartment in central Seattle. We had a great 3-month stay as a family of three with me working from home. There is a lovely park with a playground just a short stroll away. Crystal was very friendly and one of the best hosts I’ve ever experienced - always super helpful and responding quickly. Highly recommend staying here.

Link Light Rail The closets light rail location to the home is the International District Station. It’s located about 1.2 miles away, or a 5 minute drive. The light rail offers easy access to downtown’s Pike Place Market, boardwalks, Ferris wheel and more. You can also take the light rail directly to the stadium at UW or downtown. Whenever I have enough time, I always take the light rail to the airport because it costs $3 vs $65 Uber or Lyft. Keep in mind, it will take you about 5 minutes to the station from the home in a car and another 40 mins to get from the station to the airport. It will help you avoid heavy traffic if that may be an issue too. Uber & Lyft The fastest and most reliable mode of transportation in our opinion. Simply download the App and go. Uber/Lyft Driver’s are always minutes away. Turo & Car2Go You can rent a car with car sharing apps by downloading Turo or the Car2Go app. Electric Cars There’s a free electric car charging station located about .2 miles from the home (or a 5 minute walk) Parking Street parking is available and is usually pretty ample. The home does not come with a designated parking spot.
