The home comes with one designated parking spot. The spot measures at 86” wide and 108” in length. Please check the size of your car before arrival. If your car exceeds this space size, you’re welcome to utilize the free street parking surrounding the home. Please note, there are several stairs in the home separating each level. There are about 10 steps per level. The AC/heat is controlled within each room. You can use the remote to control the master’s suite and living space. The two downstairs bedrooms do not have A/C but stay pretty cool from the upper rooms. Absolutely No Parties unless specifically requested and approved. If any glitter or confetti is found or if you bring more than 6 guests, you will be charged an additionally cleaning fee and possibly negative review for not following our house guidelines.

Please no shoes in the house. Guests can check-in anytime after 4 pm Check-out time is at 11am sharp. A late checkout may be possible if requested before 11am on the day of checkout, for an additional fee of $30 fee per hour. The absolute latest we may be able to accommodate is 1pm (again, this has to be requested!) Any guest that stays past 1pm on their checkout date, may be charged for an additional night and a fee for rescheduling the cleaner. We also have a strict no smoking policy. If we find evidence of smoking of any kind inside the home, you will be charged a $500 fine. You’re welcome to smoke outside of the home as long as it’s 15 feet from the property. Absolutely No Parties. If any glitter or confetti is found after your stay, you will be charged an additionally cleaning fee and possibly negative review for not following our house guidelines. Disfrutamos nuestra estadía en casa de Crystal; éramos 3 adultos y 2 adolescentes y había espacio suficiente para todos. La ubicación era conveniente y cerca de la línea de autobús. Home was clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with all the essentials. We would definitely stay here next time we visit Seattle.
