Seattle is one of the least air conditioned cities in the US, with only 33% of households having it because historically, we haven’t needed it. Obviously things have changed and it can get hot here now. We have provided a rolling A/C unit that does a very good job of cooling the space. I’m addition to the unit, we have provided fans for each of the bedrooms. Other than what’s provided we do not provide refunds due to weather. Absolutely No Parties. If any glitter or confetti is found after your stay, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee and may receive a negative review for not following our house guidelines.

Please no shoes in the house. Parking according to the checkin instructions is imperative. If you park incorrectly and block our neighbors you may risk being towed and a possible negative review for not following our house guidelines. Check-out time is at 11am sharp. A late checkout may be possible if requested before 11am on the day of checkout, for an additional fee of $30 fee per hour. The absolute latest we may be able to accommodate is 1pm (again, this has to be requested!) Any guest that stays past 1pm on their checkout date, may be charged for an additional night and a fee for rescheduling the cleaner. We also have a strict no smoking policy. If we find evidence of smoking of any kind inside the home, you will be charged a $500 fine. You’re welcome to smoke outside of the home as long as it’s 15 feet from the property. The place was exactly as pictured—clean, cozy, and a really well thought-out space with everything you could possibly need (and more). The beds were super comfy, which made it easy to relax after long days out. Street parking was never an issue, we were always able to find a spot on the same street or just around the corner. It’s also a quick drive to all the main tourist areas, which was really convenient. The neighborhood was quiet, felt safe, and perfect for unwinding at night. Would definitely stay here again!

We will definitely look to book this place again if we come back to Seattle.
