This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit offers a cozy urban escape with stunning city views and access to the building’s rooftop deck—perfect for taking in Seattle’s skyline. Situated in a prime location, you’ll be just minutes from downtown’s top attractions, dining, and shopping. Please note that parking is not included, but the central location makes exploring the city convenient with public transit and nearby amenities.

This home does not come with a parking spot. We’d recommend street parking. Paid street parking can be found directly in front of the building. Seattle is one of the least air conditioned cities in the US, with only 33% of households having it because historically, we haven’t needed it. Obviously things have changed and it can get hot here now. We have provided a rolling A/C unit that does a very good job of cooling the space. Other than what’s provided we do not provide refunds due to weather. Absolutely No Parties. If any glitter or confetti is found after your stay, you will be charged an additional cleaning fee and may receive a negative review for not following our house guidelines.

Check-out time is at 11am sharp. A late checkout may be possible if requested before 11am on the day of checkout, for an additional fee of $30 fee per hour. The absolute latest we may be able to accommodate is 1pm (again, this has to be requested!) Any guest that stays past 1pm on their checkout date, may be charged for an additional night and a fee for rescheduling the cleaner. We have a strict no smoking policy. If we find evidence of smoking of any kind inside the home, you will be charged a $1,000 fine. You’re welcome to smoke outside of the home as long as it’s 15 feet from the property. Absolutely No Parties. If any glitter or confetti is found after your stay, you will be charged an additionally cleaning fee and possibly negative review for not following our house guidelines.
