Located just 10 mins north of Sea-Tac Airport and only 0.4 miles from the waterfront, you'll be close to popular pubs, restaurants, and just a quick 15-20 min drive to downtown Seattle. We’re dog lovers and welcome your pup to join! The backyard is shared with the upstairs guests, so please don’t leave your dog unattended in the yard. There is a $75 cleaning fee per dog to ensure a fresh space for all guests. We can’t wait to host you and your furry friends!

If any glitter or confetti is found or if you bring more than 4 guests, you will be charged an additionally cleaning fee and a negative review for not following our house guidelines.

Please no shoes in the house. Guests can check-in anytime after 4 pm Check-out time is at 11am sharp. A late checkout may be possible if requested before 11am on the day of checkout, for an additional fee of $30 fee per hour. The absolute latest we may be able to accommodate is 1pm (again, this has to be requested!) Any guest that stays past 1pm on their checkout date, may be charged for an additional night and a fee for rescheduling the cleaner. We also have a strict no smoking policy. If we find evidence of smoking of any kind inside the home, you will be charged a $500 fine. You’re welcome to smoke outside of the home as long as it’s 15 feet from the property. Absolutely No Parties. If any glitter or confetti is found after your stay, you will be charged an additionally cleaning fee and possibly negative review for not following our house guidelines. There is a $75 cleaning fee per dog to ensure a fresh space for all guests. Please treat the home as if it was your own and leave it as you found it. I almost forgot there was a hot tub, and wish that I had more time to enjoy the space. The cool decor, comfy bed, and nice back yard were all bonuses.
