Please no shoes in the house. Check-out time is at 11am sharp. A late checkout may be possible if requested before 11am on the day of checkout, for an additional fee of $30 fee per hour. The absolute latest we may be able to accommodate is 1pm (again, this has to be requested!) Any guest that stays past 1pm on their checkout date, may be charged for an additional night and a fee for rescheduling the cleaner. We have a strict no-smoking policy. Smoking of any kind is not permitted inside the home, on the porch, or near open doors or windows. If we find evidence of smoking inside the home, a $500 fine will be charged. Smoking is permitted only outdoors and must take place at least 15 feet away from the property. Absolutely No Parties. Please ensure patio furniture is covered when not in use. Seattle’s rainy weather will ruin the furniture if it isn’t kept covered when not in use.
